I want to use my iphone to control my ipad while it is hooked up to the tv.
My ipad is jailbroken, but not yet my iphone.

At your ipad go to cydia app find Veency app then install it. ( Veency is a VNC server that allows iPad users to control their iPad with their computer. Getting Veency to work on your computer will require a desktop VNC program like RealVNC to work) For your iphone find free app for remote desktop app by search with keyword “remote desktop” good luck.
